OCCUPIED AL-QUDS May 30. 2024 (Saba) - Three Palestinians were injured on Thursday by shrapnel from bullets fired by Zionist enemy forces during the raid on Balata camp, located in eastern Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency, citing Palestinian Red Crescent spokesman Ahmed Jibril, reported that ambulance crews treated three individuals injured by enemy bullet fragments in the head, chest, and back. They received on-site treatment, while several cases of suffocation due to tear gas inhalation were also addressed.
Enemy forces conducted a raid on Balata camp, entering from multiple directions in the eastern region of Nablus. Confrontations ensued in the area, and young men were targeted by a drone-launched missile, resulting in no casualties.
Various areas in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds witness daily raids and incursions by Zionist enemy forces, accompanied by clashes, arrests, and the use of live ammunition, rubber bullets, and tear gas against Palestinian youth.
These raids have intensified in conjunction with the unprecedented and ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since October seventh, resulting in thousands of unarmed civilians, mainly children and women, being killed or injured.
