MOSCOW May 30. 2024 (Saba) - The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Thursday the failure of Ukrainian terrorist attacks on targets on Russian territory using Western weapons, including US Atacams missiles.
The "Novosti" news agency quoted the ministry in a statement as saying: "During the last night, Kiev's attempts to carry out terrorist attacks were suppressed by shooting down eight American Atacams tactical missiles over the Sea of Azov, destroying two drones that were heading towards Crimea, to target Russian territory, and five Ukrainian drones were shot down and destroyed over the Russian province of Krasnodar."
Kiev regularly targets Russian civilian facilities in border areas with missiles, aircraft and drones, causing civilian deaths, including children and women.
