
DHALEA June 01. 2024 (Saba) -The increasing turnout for summer courses embodied the level of community awareness of their importance and role in protecting students from breaches and false and alien cultures, and keeping them away from the dangers of moral deviation and religious distortion, soft war and misguided ideas.
The wide turnout for these courses reflected the keenness of parents of male and female students to qualify their children and discover their talents in various fields, and benefit from their activities and programs in a way that benefits them, expands their horizons, and builds their capabilities and skills.
The fruits of the summer courses were evident in the field in containing students and protecting them from the dangers of idleness during the summer vacation, and providing them with religious sciences and human knowledge aimed at building a generation that carries the culture of the Holy Quran in word and deed.
Awareness and a sense of responsibility from both the official and popular sides contributed to supporting and making the summer courses and activities a success; Given its importance in creating a righteous generation armed with Quranic culture and faith identity to advance the nation and confront the challenges and conspiracies that are being hatched against it.
The summer courses come in response to the call of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, within a roadmap and a correct educational strategy to protect children from being lost and develop their awareness during school vacation times in a way that enhances their abilities, talents, and scientific and cultural knowledge, which benefits them personally and societally.
The summer courses in the directorates of Damt, Jabn, Al-Hasha, and Qataba in Al-Dhale'e Governorate witnessed a wide momentum in the way of preparing the youth and young people in a proper manner according to the Quranic curriculum and correct religious principles to ensure the building of a generation armed with the faith identity that the enemies are trying to target.
The acting governor of Al-Dhale'e, Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari, confirmed in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the governorate witnessed a wide turnout this year for summer course students compared to previous years.. indicating that the level of turnout in the four directorates reached seven thousand students, in 114 summer schools in which 394 teachers work.
He added: "It was decided to open one model school for 150 students according to the program of the Supreme Committee for Summer Courses, but the number of students exceeded 300 students, which made us open the Imam Hussein bin Ali Center in Damt, and the Martyr Al-Qaed Center in Al-Husha."
Al-Shaghdari considered this evidence of the community's awareness of the importance of summer courses in purifying souls and sparing them the dangers of the soft war through which the enemies seek to distort the identity of the young and youth and distance them from their true religion, which God chose for them, and exploit the summer vacation in memorizing the Book of God, and learning to read with the correct pronunciation.
For his part, the Director of the Guidance Office in the province, Abdullah Salman, explained that the number of summer schools this year in the province reached 114 schools; including approximately seven thousand students and 394 teachers.
He pointed out that the number of schools in Damt reached 18 schools; including 1,400 students and 65 teachers, and in Al-Husha 40 schools; including 2,100 students and 135 teachers.
He pointed out that the number of schools in Jabn reached 12 schools; including 484 students and 34 teachers, and in Qataba Directorate 44 schools; including three thousand and 800 students and 160 teachers, and 303 students in two model schools, Imam Al-Hussein in Damt, and the Martyr Leader in Al-Husha, and 29 teachers.
For their part, those in charge of the summer courses in the province stressed the importance of summer schools, their programs and activities, and the knowledge and skills that students receive that develop their religious and cultural awareness, and embody in them the spirit of faith identity in knowledge and behavior.
