TEHRAN June 30. 2024 (Saba) -The text of the speech of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, was published on Saturday morning during the meeting of the members of the International Conference of Martyrs of the Resistance and Defenders of the Holy Shrines at the venue of this conference in the Razavi Mosque.
During a meeting with members of the World Conference of Resistance Martyrs and Defenders of the Holy Shrines, Sayyid. Khamenei was quoted by Tasnim International News Agency as saying: "The presence of young people of different nationalities within the framework of the defenders of the shrines showed that the Islamic Revolution has the ability to recreate the same enthusiasm and epic at the beginning of the revolution after more than four decades.
He added that the American college student movement to defend the people of Gaza is an example of the existence of living consciences in the world. It is important that the message of the defence of the thresholds, which are in fact the defence of the ideals of humanity, reach the ears of the conscientious people of the world.
He stressed that any movement and revolution that ignores its international and regional surroundings will inevitably receive a blow.
The presence of fighters defending the thresholds in countries where the enemy has planned a very dangerous plan is one of the manifestations of the worldview of the Islamic Revolution. From this perspective, it should be argued that the movement of defenders of the thresholds saved Iran and the region.
ISIS's goal was to make the region unsafe, especially Iran, but the defenders of the shrines neutralized this great danger as well.
