Zionist enemy arrests 18 Palestinians in occupied West Bank

RAMALLAH July 02. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces arrested 18 Palestinian citizens at dawn on Tuesday during a raid campaign in various parts of the occupied West Bank, which included confrontations in several areas.

In Hebron, the Palestinian Information Center quoted local sources as saying that enemy forces stormed the town of al-Samu’ and arrested two young men after searching their homes and tampering with their contents, and took them to an unknown destination.

The enemy forces also set up several military checkpoints at the entrances to Hebron, its towns, villages, and camps, and closed a number of main and secondary roads with iron gates, cement cubes, and earth mounds.

In Nablus, local sources reported that the enemy arrested two brothers after raiding their house and tampering with its contents east of the city.

In Jenin, enemy forces arrested, at dawn today, citizens from the town of Silat Al-Dhahr and the village of Al-Fandqumiya, south of Jenin, after raiding their homes and tampering with their contents. These forces stormed the towns of al-Zababdeh and Raba, and launched a massive search campaign, without any arrests being reported.

In Ramallah, enemy forces arrested, at dawn today, two young men from the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah, after raiding their homes and tampering with their contents.

In Bethlehem Governorate, today, enemy forces arrested ten citizens from several areas in the governorate, after raiding and searching their families’ homes.
