HODEIDA July 11. 2024 (Saba) - Attorney General Judge Dr. Mohammed al-Dailami, has stressed the importance of providing the needs of the courts and prosecution offices in a way that contributes to regular work and achieving justice.
Judge al-Dailami, during his inspection visit to the progress of the justice apparatus in the Bajil and al-Maraweah districts in hodeida province, indicated the Supreme Judicial Council’s keenness to develop work mechanisms and improve judicial performance.
During his meeting with judges, employees of the judiciary, and local and security leaders in the two directorates, he stressed redoubling efforts and shouldering the responsibility placed on them in providing services, protecting rights and freedoms, and bringing justice to the oppressed.
The Public Prosecutor stressed the keenness to enhance coordination and cooperation between the security services and the prosecution during the process of gathering evidence, implementing judicial rulings and decisions, and ensuring the rights of those dealing with them, noting the efforts made in resolving disputes and establishing security and stability.
The Public Prosecutor also reviewed the conditions of prisoners in the two directorates, directed the release of a number of them with guarantees, listened to complaints and requests from citizens, and directed what was necessary in their regard.
