GAZA July 17. 2024 (Saba) - The Civil Defense Service in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday said its crews are facing a crisis due to a fuel shortage, which is hindering relief efforts, and that 70% of the equipment are idle as a result of the aggression on the Strip.
According to the Palestine Today Agency, the Civil Defense indicated that crews are facing great difficulty in reaching hundreds of wounded, causing the death of large numbers of them.
The Palestinian Civil Defense called on the United Nations to determine an allocation of fuel for its crews to continue providing services in light of the increasing intensity of air strikes and bloody massacres.
Gaza Strip facilities are witnessing a severe shortage and depletion of fuel, as a result of the closure of the Strip’s crossings, which threatens all aspects of life.
