NEW YORK July 29. 2024 (Saba) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) on Monday reiterated its call for an "immediate ceasefire" in the Gaza Strip, which has been enduring severe Zionist aggression for ten months.
In a statement posted on X, UNRWA highlighted the daily occurrence of forced evacuation orders issued by the enemy army, compelling Gaza's residents to flee their homes in search of safety.
The agency emphasized that, despite these evacuations, safety remains elusive anywhere in the Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, the aggression forces have continued their assault by land, sea, and air on the Gaza Strip, leading to thousands of casualties, predominantly among children and women, and causing extensive destruction to the region's infrastructure.
