WASHINGTON August 03. 2024 (Saba) - The Financial Times reported on Saturday that the vital Zionist centers in the city of Haifa (northern occupied Palestine) are anxiously awaiting the revenge of Hezbollah for the assassination of military commander Fuad Shukr.
The Hezbollah drones have been flying over Haifa for months, by passing Zionist defenses, mapping targets for the largest port in Israel, the famous Iron Dome batteries, and even individual offices of military commanders.
Haifa, still reeling from the 2006 war when hundreds of rockets from Hezbollah landed on it, is preparing to receive Hezbollah rockets again.
Haifa Mayor Inat Kalisz Rotem has installed doors in remote-controlled public shelters that open automatically, and Rambam Hospital has equipped an emergency unit on the lower floors instead of the underground parking lot.
Earlier, the Secretary-General of the Hezbollah, Sayyid. Hassan Nasr Allah, pledged to make the Zionists cry a lot for their assassination of the military commander Fouad Shukr, and Iran pledged to avenge the assassination of Commander Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, and if we take these two threats together, we will find that they guarantee a violent response against "Israel", which may lead to the expansion of the theater of the conflict in "Israel", and perhaps extend the strikes to the occupied city of Haifa, according to the Zionist media.
Given the prevalence of Hezbollah's rockets, and the fact that the Jaffa drone launched by Yemeni forces exploded in central Tel Aviv weeks ago, one settlement in Haifa says it is unsure where it might take refuge in Israel.
"Just as there is no safe place in the Gaza Strip, I feel that what is happening now is that there will be no safe place in Israel."
At Rambam Hospital in Haifa (the largest hospital in northern occupied Palestine), the occupation authorities converted the lower two floors into a field hospital within 72 hours, with a capacity of 2,200 beds.
As a result of the escalation on the northern front and waiting for the Iranian response, all flights to Tel Aviv stopped, and a Zionist settler said: "There is no way to leave Israel now."
At dawn today, U.S. officials expected Iran's response to be similar to the April operation on Israel and possibly broader in scope, as it could also include the participation of the Allah of Lebanon.
