NABLUS August 07. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist authorities have issued orders halting construction and operations at 15 homes and shops in Qablan, a town southern Nablus governorate.
Khadija al-Aqraa, head of the Public Relations and Media Unit in Qablan Municipality, reported to the Palestinian News Agency that occupation forces entered the eastern part of the town and distributed notices instructing the cessation of construction activities and the closure of established shops.
Al-Aqraa noted that these actions are part of expansion efforts for the "Rahalim" settlement, located opposite the area where the notices were distributed, near the town’s main entrance.
In addition, on the same day, occupation forces demolished a mobile caravan set up in a car showroom in Shuafat camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
The caravan's owner, Mohammed Salah, stated that the forces stormed the camp, destroying the caravan without prior notice and preventing the removal of its contents. They also demolished a retaining wall in the area without warning.
