TEHRAN August 07. 2024 (Saba) - Iranian media revealed the Khorramshahr 4 missile, which may have been used by Iran in the attack on the Zionist enemy in retaliation for the assassination of the head of Hamas' political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, in the Iranian capital Tehran.
According to the Russian newspaper "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", these missiles were first detected in May 2023. This weapon is considered an autonomous missile because its launcher is placed on a trailer vehicle.

According to informed sources, the missile may weigh up to 30 tons and be 13 meters long. The rocket has a maximum speed of more than 19,580 km/h outside the Earth's atmosphere, and when flying into the atmosphere, it reaches a speed of 9,700 km/h.
According to the Russian Telegram channel "Militarest", the maximum range of flight of the missile reaches 4300 km. Its combat head weighs 1500 kilograms. The combat head includes 80 charges, each weighing 18 kilograms. The missile guidance system allows it to be controlled and modified, preventing air defenses from intercepting it.
