CAPITALS August 13. 2024 (Saba) -Hours after the massacre of the Tabeen School in the middle of Gaza Strip, which left more than 100 civilians martyred (most of them children and women) and a large number of others wounded, some media outlets exclusively aired accurate information confirming that the massacre of the displaced people was committed with American weapons that were sent to the Zionist enemy army.
While US President Joe Biden, his Secretary of State and his advisors were talking about their pressures to calm the situation and end the war, the revelation of the weapons used in this massacre destroyed all those allegations in form and content, after the American network CNN stated that the Zionist army used an American-made precision-guided bomb during its raid on the Tabeen School in Gaza City.
The CNN quoted Trevor Paul, a former explosive ordnance disposal technician in the US Army, as saying: The pictures show that the bomb used was 'GBU-39' small in diameter. "It is possible that this ammunition is responsible for the high number of martyrs," he added.
The Boeing-made GBU-39 is a precision munition "designed to attack strategically important targets" with minimal collateral damage, said weapons expert Chris Cobb-Smith, a former British Army artillery officer.
"Using any munition, even this size, is always going to be risky in a densely populated area," he said.
The GBU-39 is an American-made, precision-guided air-to-ground bomb made by Boeing and introduced into service in the early 21st century. It is called a "safety bomb" because it destroys the target only from inside, without damaging the surroundings, according to its manufacturer.
The small, highly effective bomb is also designed to be part of a modern military system that allows aircraft to carry more smart bombs.
For his part, Director of the Supply Department in the Civil Defense Authority in Gaza, Muhammad Al-Mughair, said the Zionist enemy army used three deadly American missiles of the type "MK-84" or "Mark 84" - which weigh more than 2,000 pounds and reach a temperature of 7,000 degrees - in the bombing that targeted the school and mosque of Al-Tabeen in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in the Gaza Strip.
In statements carried by Palestinian media, al-Mughair added that the Tabeen school had sheltered about 2,400 displaced people, before the Zionist bombing.
For the Zionist newspaper, Ma'ariv, guided bombs with the American "JDAM" system, or what is called "heavy hail", were used in bombing the school.
The paper added that these bombs are "GPS-guided, rely on advanced sensor technology and artificial intelligence, as they were designed to be a free-fall, unguided bomb within what is called "dumb bombs". They are the largest version of the "Mark 80" series of bombs, and have been developed in a way that allows them to slow down their speed to ensure that the warplane is as far away from them as possible.
What confirms that the massacre committed by the Zionist enemy army in Gaza is an American massacre, is that it came after the United States released $3.5 billion to "Israel" to spend on American weapons and military equipment, months after it was allocated by Congress.
CNN quoted a US official as saying: "The State Department has notified lawmakers that the administration of President Joe Biden intends to release billions of dollars in foreign military funding to Israel."
He added: The money is part of the $14.1 billion supplemental funding bill for Israel that Congress passed last April.
While Washington does not stand by but continues to support the Zionist enemy forces with weapons and bombs, including those used in the massacre, a UN rapporteur on Sunday accused the United States of financing the genocide against the people of Gaza, the latest instance of which was the Israeli use of an American smart bomb that caused a massacre on Saturday in Gaza City.
The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, said the American funding for the Zionist genocide is increasing with the latter using more deadly bombs, which yesterday left the bodies of the Tabeen School massacre victims dismembered in Gaza City.
She noted that the bodies of the massacre of the Tabeen School in Gaza are now identified by their weight; a bag weighing 70 kg means one adult person.
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas on Sunday evening accused the American administration of supporting the massacres committed in Gaza Strip, arguing that Western support, led by Washington, directly contributes to the continuation of the occupier's crimes.
In a statement, the movement said: "In this context, we remind that the fascist occupier's government didn't care about the decision of the International Court of Justice to stop the military operation in the city of Rafah and to bring aid into all areas of Gaza Strip, and escalated the campaigns of genocide and starvation against civilians." Hamas underscored the need for the International Criminal Court to play its role in bringing the leaders of the occupation to trial, to hold them accountable for their crimes against innocent civilians.
"Through these brutal crimes, the fascist occupation will not succeed in breaking the will and steadfastness of our people, and the determination of our valiant resistance fighters to keep on confronting the occupation until it is expelled from our land," the Movement added, The Zionist "massacres that aim to take revenge, intimidate and terrorize, as part of its attempts to subjugate our people and push them to emigrate from their land and abandon the option of resistance and adherence to their rights will only increase the steadfastness and resilience of our people and their resistance."It is worth mentioning that this was not the only massacre committed by the Zionist enemy against Palestinian civilians and shelters housing thousands of displaced persons since the beginning of the genocidal war on Gaza on October 7th. Rather, the occupier committed dozens of massacres that led to the martyrdom of hundreds, most of whom were women and children.
