
SANA'A August 19. 2024 (Saba) — Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi, alongside his deputies Sheikh Mohammed Meftah and Lit Gen. Jalal al-Ruwaishan, on Monday visited Hamas office in Sana'a to reaffirm the Yemeni government's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the people of Gaza.
During the visit, al-Rahawi emphasized Yemen's steadfast solidarity with the Palestinian resistance, stating that the Yemeni people, their leadership, and the government stand firmly with their Palestinian brothers until the liberation of occupied territories and the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
The delegation was welcomed by Hamas representatives, including Acting Representative Moadh Abu Shamala, who expressed gratitude for Yemen's ongoing support, highlighting the importance of international backing in the struggle for Palestinian rights.
Sheikh Meftah further reiterated that the Palestinian cause remains a top priority for the Yemeni government, stressing the importance of unity among Palestinian factions in their fight against Zionist aggression.
