GAZA August 20. 2024 (Saba) -Hamas on Tuesday dismissed the remarks uttered by President Biden and his secretary Blinken on ceasefire talks as misleading allegations that do not reflect the Movement's real position seeking to stop aggression.
The American president claimed that Hamas "reneges agreement to ceasefire in Gaza, hours after his secretary of state called on the Movement to accept the recent proposal," the Islamic Resistance Movement added in statement carried by the Palestinian Information Center.
These remarks come as part of the American full bias for and full involvement in the Zionist assault and genocide against unarmed civilians in Gaza Strip, Hamas said, dubbing the remarks as "attempts to cancel our national cause."
The U.S. administration repeatedly gives the Zionist radical government to commit more crimes against the civilians and to displace or annihilate the Palestinian people.
The recent proposal "is a coup against what the parties agreed to on 2 July which was based on declaration issued by Biden himself on 31 May and the UNSC Resolution (2735) of 11 June," Hamas added.
