TEHRAN August 21. 2024 (Saba) - Sami Abu Zuhri, a leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, criticized U.S. Secretary of State's stance, accusing the United States of lying and siding with Israel.
He stated that the U.S. is attempting to enforce the occupation's demands. Abu Zuhri emphasized that Hamas remains committed to the July 2 proposal, rooted in U.S. President Joe Biden's speech and a Security Council resolution.
He further argued that the new American proposal essentially allows for the release of Israeli prisoners while continuing aggression.
