CHICAGO August 21. 2024 (Saba) - On Tuesday, the American police arrested more than 12 activists in solidarity with Palestine, in front of the headquarters of the occupation consulate in the city of Chicago.
The American police suppressed the march in support of Palestine under the pretext that it was an "illegal gathering", and attacked some of the protesters who wore black clothes, covered their faces and carried Palestinian flags, according to the Associated Press.
A riot police officer asked the demonstrators, via a loudspeaker, to leave the place, which the participants refused before some of them were arrested and others were forcibly dispersed.
