BEIRUT August 21. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist army on Wednesday assassinated a leader of Fatah Movement after targeting a vehicle in the city of Sidon, south of Lebanon.
The Palestinian Information Center quoted medical sources as saying that three people were killed, including Khalil al-Maqdah, brother of Fatah leader in Lebanon, Munir al-Maqdah.
Munir al-Maqdah, a commander of the Al-Aqsa Brigades, said: "The target in the city of Sidon is Brigadier General Khalil al-Maqdah and works in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, and this is the way of victory or martyrdom, and assassinations increase our solidity."
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced, on Tuesday evening, the death of five citizens and the injury of two, in two raids launched by the Zionist enemy aircraft on the town of Al-Dhahira in southern Lebanon.
