TULKARM August 22. 2024 (Saba) - Three Palestinian youths were martyred early Thursday morning in a Zionist airstrike on a house in Tulkarm camp, east of the city, amid an ongoing military raid that began overnight.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the martyrs have been identified as Imad Tayseer Yousef Shraim, 34, Waseem Saber Anbar, 30, and Muawiya Khaled al-Hajj Ahmed, 30.
The Red Crescent Society reported that their crews managed to recover the bodies of two of the martyrs despite the Zionist forces obstructing ambulance access to the camp.
The Zionist military operation in Tulkarm camp has led to widespread destruction of infrastructure and civilian property.
The enemy forces stormed the city from the western entrance, surrounded "Al-Israa Specialized" and "Thabit Thabet" government hospitals, and positioned themselves around the district headquarters.
This morning, Zionist forces surrounded a house in Aktaba suburb, east of Tulkarm, and fired Energa shells at it, setting it ablaze.
Simultaneously, military vehicles were deployed along Nablus Street, adjacent to the northern entrance of the camp, and in Dhnaba suburb.
Resistance fighters responded by detonating several homemade explosive devices targeting the military vehicles and bulldozers of the occupying forces.
