MOSCOW August 24. 2024 (Saba) - The Russian authorities announced that the Russian Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft will launch into space on September 11, to transport the crew of the MKS-72 mission to the International Space Station.

The commander of the Russian Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft on the 72nd mission to the International Space Station, Alexei Ovchinin, said during a press conference at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center: "We will carry out 42 experiments, three of which are new experiments, and the rest of the experiments were implemented by our colleagues but did not complete, so we will continue their work, which are medical-biological experiments, remote sensing experiments, and others."
