GAZA August 24. 2024 (Saba) - Palestinian media reported that the airstrikes caused significant casualties, with many civilians martyred and wounded.
Among the most tragic incidents was a massacre in the Al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Yunis, where 11 members of the Kalakh family were killed, and others were injured when their home was targeted.
The Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis received 25 martyrs within the past 24 hours. Reports also highlighted the intensified artillery shelling in the western line area, around Al-Salam Hospital on Salah al-Din Street, and in the eastern villages.
The Zionist enemy renewed evacuation orders for the eastern areas of Khan Yunis, coinciding with multiple airstrikes that claimed around 20 lives within the past day.
In Rafah, the Zionist army continued its military operations for the fourth consecutive month, with paramedics recovering the bodies of six citizens from the northern part of the city.
The Zionist forces also issued evacuation orders for several neighborhoods in Beit Lahia, al-Sultans, and Ezbet Abd Rabbo, as shelling in these areas resulted in the deaths of five citizens, including two women.
The bombardment extended to the university college southwest of Gaza City.
Further reports noted that the Zionist army demolished multiple homes near Imam Ali Mosque in Zeitoun neighborhood.
Additionally, three citizens were martyred and injured in the shelling of a residential apartment in Ain Jalut Towers, south of Nuseirat camp.
The bombing of Siyam family home in al-Mufti land, north of the camp, claimed the lives of four more citizens.
