GAZA August 29. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" described the current month of August as the "black" month on Thursday, due to the resistance strikes in the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon, which resulted in the killing of 15 soldiers from the Zionist enemy forces during one month.
In an article published by the newspaper, Avi Ashkenazi, the former commander of the Zionist army, said: "This is the price of the war of attrition. In a few days, 11 months will have passed since the "Israeli" war on the Gaza Strip, which the occupation called "Iron Swords". August will be remembered as one of the most difficult and bloody months."
Ashkenazi warned against continuing the state of attrition that the enemy forces are experiencing on more than one front, stressing that this situation brings back veterans to the previous experiences of the occupation in Lebanon during the eighties and nineties and the war of attrition in 1970.
