TAIZ September 06. 2024 (Saba)- Member of the Supreme Political Council, Sultan Al-Sami'i, stressed the importance of mobilizing for the central event to commemorate the Prophet's Birthday anniversary1446 AH.
This came in his speech today at a cultural evening on the occasion of the Prophet's Birthday in Shuwaifa area of Khudair district in Taiz Province.
He pointed out the importance of celebrating this solemn religious occasion to inspire lessons from the Prophet's life , deepen the connection with him, and follow his example.
The Supreme Political Council member also performed Friday prayers in Damnah Khadir in Taiz province.
He listened to the Friday sermon, which urged the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday and the close spiritual and emotional connection of the Yemenis to the great Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family.
The sermon praised the fruits of the Yemeni people's steadfastness in winning their religion, the sovereignty of their country, their Qur'anic project, and their liberating revolution that rejects tutelage , humiliation, and overcoming all challenges with popular and official cohesion, which manifested the signs of glory, empowerment and victory.
