SANA'A September 7. 2014 (Saba) - The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff Presidency organized a celebratory event to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday 1446 AH.
The Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed Al-Atifi, delivered a speech at the event in which he conveyed to the attendees the greetings and blessings of the symbol of the nation and the title of its glory, the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the leader of the historic confrontation with the forces of evil.
He said: "This good anniversary comes to us and our hearts are filled with faith and determination to defend the values and morals of Muhammad.
The Minister of Defense also stressed that hesitation or retreat from Yemen's position is impossible and not subject to maneuver or bargaining because the right has no two sides.
He pointed out that the extensive military celebrations of the Prophet's birthday in various land, sea and air formations come this year more distinctive and more widely attended.
He added: "This revolution that was launched against corruption and injustice and against the inaction and defeatism that the enemies wanted to spread among this nation did not and will not be.
