 Bayda governor inspects progress on al-Sa'idiyah road project

BAYDA - SABA: Bayda governor Abdullah Idris has visited al-Sa'idiyah road project in al-Taffa district, assessing progress on the road construction, which is funded by the local authority at a cost of 34 million YER.

During his inspection, Governor Idris received an update from Engineer Najib Al-Sa'idi, the project engineer, who reported that 70% of the 16-kilometer road has been cut, surveyed, and paved.

The governor emphasized the importance of expediting the remaining work to meet engineering standards and improve transportation for residents, especially during the rainy season.

Governor Idris highlighted the road project as a priority within the governorate’s development plans, aimed at enhancing infrastructure and providing better services to citizens. He reiterated the local authority’s commitment to improving public services and alleviating regional hardships.

Eng. al-Saeedi commended the local leadership's support, noting that the road improvements will significantly benefit the community by easing access and contributing to regional development.
