[15/ September/2024]
BEIRUT - SABA: The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, has launched an air attack on Yarden Barracks, which houses the Military Assembly Battalion of the Golan Division.

This attack, carried out using suicide drones, resulted in casualties among the soldiers of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Hezbollah's statement indicated that the strike was a direct response to recent Israeli aggression in Bekaa region, which had resulted in civilian casualties, including children.

The resistance claimed that the drone attack successfully targeted and hit the barracks with precision, causing both deaths and injuries.

Initial reports from Zionist media confirm that the attack led to several injuries. The media described the incident as an explosion caused by a Hezbollah drone inside an IDF base near the Jordan River in the Galilee region.

Early reports suggested that three people were injured in the attack.

In addition to the drone assault, Hezbollah fighters targeted Israeli espionage equipment at two sites in Kfar Shuba Hills—Ruwaisat al-Alam and Ramia—using guided missiles.

These attacks reportedly resulted in the destruction of the targeted equipment.

Furthermore, Hezbollah also targeted Israeli positions in al-Za'oura and al-Samaka areas of Kfar Shuba hills with rocket fire.

The attacks extended to buildings used by Israeli soldiers in the Shalomi settlement, which were hit directly.

The escalation prompted sirens near Gadot settlement in the Upper Galilee, indicating a heightened state of alert due to the drone threat.

Zionist media also reported that Hezbollah drones had flown over the Galilee region, reaching as far as the Jordan River.
