MAHWIT - SABA: Al-Mahwit Governorate, along with other governorates, is gearing up to celebrate the most revered annual religious event, the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.
The sons of Mahwit express their joy on the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday through various activities, events, meetings, seminars, poetry sessions, and religious and cultural evenings that honor the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant peace to him and his family.
The manifestations of joy were not limited to these activities and events only, but expanded and extended to include every house, neighborhood, street, isolation, village and district, where all these places were decorated with green lights, slogans, banners and light panels that reflected the size of happiness in the hearts of the sons of Mahwit on this solemn religious occasion and embodied the extent of their close association with the Holy Prophet.
In translation of the overwhelming happiness that the souls of the people of Mahwit felt on this great religious occasion, the official and popular efforts were mixed with everyone's sense of responsibility in highlighting the manifestations of joy and pleasure through the preparation and arrangement of the central celebration that will be witnessed in the governorate on the twelfth of Rabi' al-Awwal in a manner befitting their love for the greatest Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant him peace, and his great place in the hearts and conscience of every Yemeni.
The Secretary-General of the Local Council in the province, Dr. Ali Al-Zaikm, confirmed to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the completion of all preparations and arrangements for the governorate to embrace the central celebration of the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad on its owner and his family, the best prayer and the purest peace, and the celebration square is ready to receive the guests of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and grant him peace.
He praised the province's people's interaction and their keenness to commemorate the Prophet's birthday in a way that reflects the feelings of love and reverence for their noble Prophet and befits his great place in their souls.
Dr. Al-Zaikm explained that the governorate's leadership was keen to highlight the manifestations of joy on this solemn religious occasion through the implementation of many activities, events, decoration works, attention to cleanliness, and dedication to the values of solidarity, cooperation, and charity.
He pointed out that the celebration of the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet of Mercy embodies the close connection with the Holy Prophet and adherence to the identity of faith, consolidates among society the values of solidarity and compassion, and enhances steadfastness and steadfastness in the face of the forces of global arrogance.
In turn, the director of the province's security, Brigadier General Ali Debeish, confirmed that the security services have begun implementing the plan to secure the central event to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad on its owner and his family, the best prayer and the purest peace.
He noted that all members and employees of the security services are aware of their responsibility to protect the guests of the Messenger of God and facilitate their movements to reach the central square, which they will flock to on the twelfth of Rabi' al-Awwal.
He praised the efforts of official and local leaders and social figures in all mobilization work to participate in this solemn religious event, which will represent the popular and public momentum a strong message to all enemies of the Islamic nation in general and the Yemeni people in particular that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and grant him peace, is the example and light on which they walk and his righteous approach.
