U.S. authorities: Kentucky judge killed in shooting incident

WASHINGTON - (Saba): A Kentucky judge has been killed in a shooting incident in Whitesburg, with the attacker arrested.

Sheriff Mickey Stines entered the judge's office and heard gunshots.

Stines was arrested and is being investigated.

The judge was known for treating drug addicts instead of imprisoning them.
