AL-KHALIL - SABA: On Saturday, in the Old City of Al-Khalil, settlers assaulted Palestinian residents and pelted them with stones.

According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, settlers from "Beit Romano" and "Beit Hadassah" assaulted unarmed civilians under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, hurling stones and resulting in the destruction of personal property and damage to storefronts.

Significantly, settlers took over the Osama bin Al-Munqidh School in Al-Khalil's Old City, a Palestinian institution founded in 1981, transforming it into a Jewish school known as "Beit Romano," which now enrolls around 250 settlers.

On Saturday, in the village of Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah, settlers assaulted a resident and forced him and his family out of their home.

Rabie Abu Na'im reported that settlers assaulted Rizq Abu Na'im, a 60-year-old man, in his home located in the Al-Khalil area, close to Ain al-Banat. They insulted him and coerced him and his family to vacate their residence at gunpoint.

He highlighted the frequent incursions by settlers into the Al-Khalil area and other parts of the village, which agitated the residents.
