CAPITALS - Saba: The collective explosions, committed by Israel through pagers and wireless devices on 17 and 18 September, blatantly violate the international law of human rights and the international humanitarian law, 36 rights groups said late on Sunday.
In a statement, the groups called on international rights agencies to criminalize these assaults and seek to bring those involved to justice before the International Criminal Court.
They called on the UN agencies to adopt the stance declared by the UN Secretary-General and High Commissioner for Human Rights, who said the very shocking explosions had unaccepted impacts on civilians.
