SANA'A - SABA: The General People's Congress (GPC) and its allied parties in Yemen have issued a strong condemnation of recent Israeli military actions against Lebanon.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the political alliance denounced what they termed as "war crimes" committed by Israel against Lebanese civilians.
According to the statement, the attacks have resulted in a significant toll, with over 558 reported fatalities and 1,835 injuries since Monday.
The GPC and its allies view these actions as an extension of what they describe as "genocide" against Palestinians, particularly in the Gaza Strip.
The alliance pointed to what they perceive as explicit American, British, and European support for these actions, characterizing it as "clear and blatant complicity."
In response to the situation, the GPC-led coalition has called upon Arab populations, political parties, and organizations to denounce the Israeli actions and to stand in solidarity with both the Palestinian and Lebanese people. They framed this appeal as a "religious, national, moral, and humanitarian duty."
Furthermore, the statement affirmed the Yemeni people's support for Palestinians and Lebanese in their confrontation with Israel, endorsing what they consider a legitimate right to resistance by all means.
