Completion of two projects in fields of health and education has been achieved in Mahabsha

Hajjah - Saba: The Health and Environment Office of Hajjah Governorate, along with the Local Council of Al-Mahabsha District, has received the emergency obstetric building project for Al-Mahabsha Hospital from the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs branch, with the project costing $186,000.

In the handover, the directors of the branch of the Supreme Council in the governorate, Allan Fadael, the Health and Environment Office, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, and the Directorate of Mahabsha Yahya Al-Malahi, noted the importance of the project implemented through the Abs Development Organization funded by the development program within the Economic Resilience Project in Yemen "Siri".

Al-Kuhlani, Fadael, Amusement Park and Hospital Director Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazan stressed the importance of sustainable projects that touch the needs and alleviate the suffering of patients and contribute to providing health services to the people of remote areas in the districts of Al-Sharifain.

The branch of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs also handed over to the local council in the directorate and the educational sector the project to rehabilitate Al-Najah School in Shamsan, implemented by Abs Development Organization funded by the development program within the Institutional and Economic Resilience Project in Yemen Siri.

The project includes the addition of a two-storey building that includes 6 classrooms, the construction of toilets and a fence, the construction of a concrete tank for rainwater harvesting, in addition to the restoration of the old building, and the providing the school with full furniture for the classrooms.

In the handover, UNDP Coordinator Nayef Murshid and the Project Manager at Abs Muhannad Al-Mikhlafi Organization pointed to the importance of these projects, which support the ability of the local authority to provide services to citizens and alleviate the suffering imposed by the continuation of the current situation.
