Moscow - Saba: If Estonia and Poland are planning to impose full siege on the Finnish Gulf before Russian navigation, Russia will consider such measures as a violation against the international naval law, the Russian foreign ministry said on Tuesday, according to Sputnik.
The law disallows for any country to impose, or even threaten to impose, measures that restrict navigation, particularly the one-sided discriminative measures targeting a certain country, the ministry added.
