Operation Jaffa. Confirmation that battle of Al-Aqsa Flood continues to hurt Zionist enemy
[04/ October/2024]

Capitals - Saba: As the first anniversary of the battle of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" approaches, the Palestinian resistance in the occupied West Bank is reviving the momentum of the confrontation against the Zionist enemy with a complex and qualitative operation, which, according to the enemy's admission, resulted in the death of 23 Zionists killed or wounded.

While the Zionist enemy was living a difficult day due to the continuous sound of sirens due to the rockets of the resistance in Lebanon, and then the missiles of Iran, two Palestinian resistance fighters succeeded on Tuesday evening in carrying out the largest operation in the capital of the usurping entity since the second intifada in 2000.

In the details of the heroic "Jaffa" operation, which was claimed by the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, the perpetrators were able to infiltrate the occupied territories, stab a Zionist soldier, and seize his weapon before carrying out the shooting attack at the Jaffa train station.

The Qassam Brigades said in a statement: "Then they carried out the shooting attack in two different locations in the heart of "Tel Aviv", one inside a train station, and they attacked the settlers at a distance of zero," killing seven Zionists, and wounding 16 others, including serious injuries.

Al-Qassam sent a message to the occupiers, stating that "the coming days will carry with them death that will come to you from various areas of the West Bank, at the hands of our strong mujahideen, the sons of the two leaders, Ismail Haniyeh and Saleh al-Arouri, whom we prepare and prepare to step with their heroism pages of glory in the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood, which will warm the chests of our people, with God's help."

"As long as the Zionist enemy continues to exterminate our people and children in Gaza, it will get used to seeing its dead in the streets of our occupied cities, God willing," it said.

The al-Qassam Brigades said in its statement that the operation coincided with "painful blows suffered to the heart of the entity, at the height of its security alert from various resistance fronts, and concluded with the major missile attack carried out by Iran in Operation Sincere Promise 2."

It is appropriate to say that Hamas' clear declaration of direct responsibility for this operation confirmed that the battle of the flood continues to hurt the Zionist enemy and to respond to its continued barbaric aggression against Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and all arenas of escalation.

Here, analysts and experts agree that the "Jaffa" operation heralds a qualitative shift in individual resistance operations, entitled the ability of the resisters to strike the enemy from where it is not calculated or expected.

In this regard, military affairs expert Wassef Erekat says that the operation targeted the exhausted Tel Aviv, which is subjected to painful blows from more than one front, thus affecting the capital of the depleted and arrogant political decision involved in a sea of blood and failure to achieve its stated goals.

Erekat pointed out that the comprehensive aggression provokes the energies of young people and pushes everyone to engage in confronting the Zionist enemy, determined by everyone in his way, time and place.

According to Erekat, the phenomenon of "single heroes" always reflects a state of greater Zionist anxiety, as a result of the failure of the security system to control it, especially since it is not subject to the work of groups that can be pursued and their capabilities eliminated and thus annihilated.

He noted that the return of this scene strongly obliges the Zionist security establishment to go through another experience of attrition inside the bowels of the state, especially in Tel Aviv.

For his part, journalist and political analyst Wesam Afifa stressed that the coincidence of the operation with the anniversary of the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood symbolically links it to the Palestinian resistance extending from Gaza to the West Bank, and consolidates it as part of the response to the increasing crimes of the Zionist enemy.

Speaking to the Palestinian news agency Safa, he pointed out that the place of the operation reflects the ability of the resistance to penetrate the security depth of the entity, and target areas that the enemy thinks are fortified, which highlights gaps in the Zionist security system.

Afifa added that the operation resulted in the death of seven settlers and the injury of 16 others, which confirms its success in achieving strategic objectives, especially in terms of careful planning and implementation.

According to Afifa, this operation reflects the high ability of the Palestinian resistance to gather information and plan logistically beyond the security complexities imposed by the Zionist enemy.

He added that such heroic operations reinforce the psychological pressure on the occupation, forcing it to review its security and political strategies, and sending a strong message that the resistance is capable of striking deep and bypassing security fortifications.
