Salfit – Saba: Two Palestinian youths were injured on Friday evening as a result of an attack by Israeli forces on citizens who were harvesting olives in the town of Haris, west of Salfit in the northern occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, enemy forces attacked Ahmed Daoud's family and severely beat them while they were picking olives on their land near the western entrance to the town.
The sources indicated that two brothers sustained bruises all over their bodies due to the assault by soldiers.
The olive harvest season has recently commenced in the West Bank, amidst concerns of increasing attacks by settlers and hostile forces on olive pickers and trees.
