[06/ October/2024]
Gaza - Saba:
Husam Badran, a member of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas," stated on Saturday that Prime Minister Netanyahu and his government are obstructing the completion of the ceasefire negotiations.

"The spillover of the battle beyond Gaza has contributed to demonstrating Israel's regional impotence," Badran said, adding that the group is making every effort to end the war.

Badran added: "The meaningful crossing on the seventh of October revealed the weakness of the Israeli occupation army, and the extension of the battle outside Gaza contributed to showing the regional powerlessness of the occupation!"

He continued: "Hamas is aware and feels the suffering of the Palestinian people and is making all efforts to end the war, the occupation targets all areas of the Palestinian territories with crimes by the seventh of October, and every time it fails to end the state of resistance in the West Bank."

Husam Badran added: "The Palestinian people gave their children to the resistance, and there is an understanding between the Palestinian resistance factions and the popular incubator for them, and the continuation of the occupation attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque will not go unpunished, and the attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque will increase the blows of resistance to the occupation and its extremist government."

He explained: "Meetings between Palestinian factions continue despite the difficult conditions in Gaza and beyond. The Palestinian factions in Gaza will not stop for a moment from meetings and consultations among themselves, and all statements issued by the Palestinian factions aim to achieve the demands of our Palestinian people."

He pointed out that "the flood of Al-Aqsa was a purely Palestinian decision and the day after the war will be purely Palestinian, and Hamas is talking about the day after the war in Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds and all the Palestinian territories. If Netanyahu continues to rule, we will also mark the third anniversary of our sons in Gaza."

Husam Badran said: "The Palestinian factions agree to manage the Palestinian affairs with purely Palestinian cadres, and there is consensus between Hamas and the Palestinian factions on the demands of our people in the negotiations, and Netanyahu and his government are the ones who stand in the way of completing the ceasefire negotiations."

"The battle of the Al-Aqsa flood has strengthened relations between the axis of resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Iran," he said, adding that "Hizbullah has started operations since the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood to support the Palestinian resistance."

He concluded: "The Al-Aqsa flood proved that the occupation cannot defend itself without the help of America and others."
