The Israeli army on Monday said one of its soldiers was killed and two others were injured during ongoing battles with Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah has targeted enemy forces in Kfar Jaladi, Yiftah, and Al-Baghdadi settlements with rocket barrages, in response to Israeli violations of cities, villages, and civilians.
The Israeli army spokesperson stated that the incident occurred at the northern border with Lebanon.
