Gaza - Saba :
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast footage from the ambush of a Zionist army foot patrol in the northern Gaza Strip.
The footage, which was broadcast on Monday evening through its electronic platforms, showed a number of Qassam fighters working on booby-trapping a house in the al-Hawwaz al-Turki area, west of Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the video of the operation, which was carried out on Sunday, Qassam fighters booby-trapped the house with a GBU missile, and then a dismounted force of more than three soldiers of the enemy army was spotted entering the house.
In a joint operation with Saraya al-Quds and a number of resistance factions, al-Qassam said it shelled all important military positions in the Netzarim axis with a number of heavy-caliber mortar shells and 107mm rockets.
Al-Qassam announced the sniping of two Zionist soldiers, one in al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip and the other in al-Tawam area north of Gaza City.
Also in al-Tawam, al-Qassam targeted a Zionist APC with an Al-Yasin 105 rocket.
The new operations coincided with a speech broadcast by Abu Obeida, al-Qassam's spokesman, on the one-year anniversary of the launch of "Al-Aqsa Flood" campaign.
In his speech, Abu Obeida emphasized the ability of the brigades to continue a long-term battle of attrition with the Zionist enemy army, despite the fact that the brigades are fighting an unbalanced battle.
