A meeting chaired by Sa'ada Governor Mohammed Awad discussed the mechanism of implementing the community initiatives project for the Sahwa-al-Salem-Sa'ada road, and solutions and treatments to ensure a speedy completion of the project.
At the meeting, which was attended by provincial deputies Mohammed Kaiba and Mohammed Al-Baadani, Governor Awad emphasized the importance of the project, which will link the districts of Safraa, Al Salem and Sa'ada, as well as the Sana'a-Sa'ada highway, and will contribute to shortening the road and reducing the cost of transporting agricultural products to the directorate.
He pointed out the importance of community participation in the implementation of the project, and directed the Works Sector to provide the Drexel vehicle and start surveying the project.
The governor expressed the readiness of the provincial leadership to support various community initiative projects and other projects that serve the public interest, praising the role of the people of Sa'ada, Sahwa and Al Salem in implementing many community initiative projects.
