Sana'a - Saba:
Sana'a on Saturday began the first forum for youth administrative capacities development, organized by the National Institute for Administrative Sciences in the northern governorate.
Funded by the Skills Development Fund, the 7-day forum includes many courses in administration aimed to improve skills of staffers working for ministries, universities, banks, institutes and trading companies.
The forum's title suggests that Yemen has started recovery stage and heads for self-rehabilitation, deputy prime minister said at the kickoff, which "should be based on scientific foundations."
Everyone has to appreciate the current conditions and aspects needed by staffers at different occupational levels to organize all the branches of the administrative organ, Mohamed Meftah added.
