The Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Minister , Dr. Radwan Al-Rabaei, met on Sunday with the Vice Chairman of the Agriculture and Fisheries Committee of the Shura Council, Abdul Qader Al-Shawsh.
The meeting discussed the possibility of preparing study projects within the Shura Council's plan for the year 1446 AH, in addition to discussing a report on the current status of pesticides "use - impact" and the current status report "agricultural marketing - challenges and factors of renaissance".
The meeting reviewed the report on the current status of agricultural , food industries and ways to develop them, taking advantage of the Revolution Leader's directives regarding the advancement of agriculture and fisheries, the current situation and challenges facing them and strategies for their development, emphasizing the importance of finding solutions to these challenges as they are among the most important national economic resources.
