Discussing planning of water, road projects, inspecting service projects in Hodeida

Hodeida-Saba:
A meeting held in Hodeida Governorate, led by the First Undersecretary Ahmed Al-Bishri, addressed the emergency operational plan for the Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation Services.

The meeting reviewed the executive mechanism of the plan and approved the distribution of its funding and implementation.

A meeting chaired by the human agent and included the governorate's undersecretaries Al-Nahari, Halisi and Kabari, and the directors of the finance offices Muhammad Al-Washli, the works sector Muhammad Muthanna and statistics Tamim Al-Absi also discussed the projects completed in accordance with the governorate's plan for the year 1446 AH, including road projects.

The meeting touched on the procedures for disbursing project allocations, the level of coordination between the Finance Office and the offices concerned with projects, and the extent of keenness to integrate efforts to speed up their implementation in accordance with the financial appropriations and specific time programs.

The governorate's undersecretaries stressed the importance of speeding up the completion of the Corniche rehabilitation project, and developing it according to the latest technical specifications for qualitative transfer of the tourism situation and meeting the needs of visitors from various governorates.

They also inspected the progress of work in the implementation of several service projects in Al-Durayhimi district, including the Durayhimi road project linked to the coastline, and the restoration project of the Durayhimi city school.

They were briefed on the conditions of the health center in the district and its needs for medical devices and equipment, where the first deputy governor of the governorate directed the health office to quickly assess the needs so that they could be provided to the center, which provides services to thousands of patients.

During the visit, they were also briefed on the electricity services in Al-Durayhimi district, stressing the need to conduct a study on the need for hybrid energy for the city, and assigning a technical team to determine the appropriate place for the project, which will be funded by the Ministry of Electricity, Energy and Water.
