Sana'a - Saba:

The Shura Council has expressed its support for a recent operation carried out by Hezbollah fighters, which targeted an Israeli training camp south of Haifa, resulting in numerous casualties among Israeli soldiers.

In a statement released on Monday, the Council praised the determination and bravery of the Islamic Resistance fighters in their efforts against the occupation.

The statement commended the precision of the strikes on military bases and highlighted the effectiveness of these operations in achieving a strategy of deterrence against Israeli forces.

It described the successful artillery assault on advancing Israeli troops, which compelled them to retreat toward the town of Aita al-Shaab. The council noted that Hezbollah's capability to strike these military positions underscores the group's readiness and unity in continuing the legacy of their martyrs' leaders.

The Shura Council emphasized that such operations, in conjunction with broader resistance efforts, are vital in countering the perceived aggression and crimes of the Israeli state in both Lebanon and Palestine.

It condemned ongoing violence against Palestinians, specifically citing the recent bombings of refugee camps and gatherings, which resulted in numerous casualties, including women and children.

The statement also criticized the ongoing silence from Arab, Islamic, and international communities regarding what it described as genocidal actions by Israeli forces.

It asserted that the lack of response from international bodies, particularly the Security Council, enables further atrocities in the region.

The Shura Council called on individuals and organizations worldwide to amplify their support for the Palestinian and Lebanese people, advocating for an end to what they termed a war of extermination and urging accountability for those responsible for war crimes.
