Today, Mohammed Al-Dawla, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamran Company for Industry and Investment, commenced the dividend distribution to the company's shareholders across the capital municipality and the governorates of Ibb, Taiz, and Hodeidah. The dividends were issued at a profit rate of 31 percent, the highest since the company was established.
During the inauguration, the state confirmed that these profits came as a result of the efforts of the company's leadership and cadres, and the support of the political leadership, which had a great impact on the advancement of the company.
He said that the company resumed its activities starting in November 2020 after it had reached a difficult stage during the period from 2018 to 2020, which led to the cessation of the factory, and the sweep of smuggled goods to local markets instead of the company's products.
The company's president added, "In 2021, we were able to mitigate the size of the losses suffered by the company." He pointed out that the company's efforts during the period from 2022 to 2023 enabled it to overcome difficulties until it reached what it reached today in terms of distributing dividends to shareholders at a high rate for the first time in its history.
