Sana'a - Saba :
A decree was issued on Wednesday by the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdulmumin Shujaa al-Din, to transfer a number of judges to work in a number of courts of appeal and first instance.
Decree No. "124" of 1446 AH stipulated the transfer of the following judges to the work indicated next to their names, as follows:
- Amin Ali Ahmed Ahmed Zabara, president of Al-Bayda Court of Appeals, head of the criminal and personal division.
- Abdul Hafeez Abdul Razzaq Yahya al-Mahbashi as head of the Public Funds Division at the Sana'a Court of Appeals.
-Yahya Abdul Wahab Ahmed Al-Dhari is the head of the second criminal division at the Sana'a Court of Appeals.
- Abdullah Hamid Ahmed Abu Areej is the head of the Specialized Criminal Division at Al-Hodeida Province Court of Appeals
- Abdul Jalil Muhammad Muhammad Abbas is the head of the Second Criminal Division at Al-Hodeida Province Court of Appeals.
- Amin Abdulrahman Hamoud Al-Omari is the head of the third personal and civil division at Amran Province Court of Appeal.
-Abdullatif Abdul Latif Abdulrab Ali Babiker, head of the second civil and personal division at the Dhamar Province Court of Appeals.
- Taha Abdul Rauf Muhammad Noman is a member of the Second Criminal Division at Capital Secretariat Court of Appeals.
- Ali Hussein Abdullah Al-Sanabani is a member of the Second Criminal Division at the Sana'a Court of Appeals.
- Ahmed Muhammad Hamid Al-Idrisi is a member of the Second Criminal Division of Capital Secretariat Court of Appeals.
- Ahmed Muhammad Omar Al-Shalif is a member of the Specialized Criminal Division at Al-Hodeida Province Court of Appeals.
- Osama Zaid Ali Al-Khashib is a reserve member of the Mahwit Province Court of Appeal.
-Yasser Ahmed Abdo Al-Amdi is president of Bani Al-Harith Court of First Instance in Capital Secretariat.
- Bassem Noman Abdo Hamdeen Ibrahim is president of the West Capital Secretariat Court of First Instance in Capital Secretariat.
- Mouin Hussein Hussein Al-Aziri is president of the Tax and Customs Courts of First Instance in Capital Secretariat.
-Faris Abdulsalam Ghaleb Marei, President of the Criminal Court of First Instance in Dhamar Province.
- Hashim Ahmed Yahya Yahya Al-Muayyad is the president of Abs Court of First Instance and the president of Haradh and Midi Courts of First Instance in Hajjah Province.
- Abdulrahim Yahya Muhammad al-Ahdal is president of the South Al-Hodeida Court of First Instance.
-Ibrahim Abdullah Salem Ahmed is the president of the Zabid and Hays courts of first instance in Al-Hodeida Province.
- Ammar Yahya Yahya Hazam Yahya Al-Mahn is the president of the Zaidiya Court of First Instance in Al-Hodeida Province.
- Ahmed Ali Hassan Abdulrahman Afifi is the president of Al-Zahra Court of First Instance in Al-Hodeida Province.
- Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Al-Qadar is the president of the Specialized Criminal Court of First Instance in Al-Hodeida Province.
- Abdulmajid Ahmed Ahmed Ahmed Al Ameri, President of Al Marawugha Court of First Instance in Al-Hodeida Province.
- Zayed Abdulwali Ali Ahmed Al-Tam as president of the Wesha and Mustaba courts of first instance in Hajjah Province.
- Ali Al-Muntasser Ali Al-Muntasser is the head of the Salafiya Court of First Instance in Raymah Province.
