Hodeida - Saba:

Hodeida University hosted a vibrant march on Wednesday to celebrate the graduation of students and employees from "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses.

The event began at the Arts Complex on Palestine Street, proceeding through Jamal Street and culminating at the Martyr Leader Hussein bin Badr Al-Houthi Hall on campus.

Led by university rector Dr. Mohammed al-Ahdal, participants raised Yemeni, Palestinian, and Lebanese flags while chanting slogans denouncing perceived enemies and reaffirming their unwavering support for Palestine and Lebanon.

The march was a powerful statement against the ongoing violence faced by the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, condemning the crimes of the Zionist-American forces and the complicity of certain Arab regimes.

The event highlighted the readiness of Hodeida University’s community—academics, students, and staff—to engage in "holy jihad and the promised conquest" alongside their Palestinian and Lebanese counterparts against the Israeli occupation. Participants expressed solidarity with those enduring the brutal attacks in Gaza and Beirut, praising the role of resistance movements across Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq.

The ceremony also included an honoring event for graduates of the Mobilization Forces courses, with Deputy Governor for Services Affairs Mohammed Halisi congratulating them on their achievements.

He emphasized their role as a shield against aggression, urging high readiness and military preparedness given the current regional challenges.

Dr. Ahmed al-Zira'i, the university's assistant vice chairman for academic affairs, reinforced the importance of these mobilization efforts to strengthen national unity and resistance against external threats. Graduates showcased their newly acquired combat skills, declaring their commitment to supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese struggles.

The ceremony concluded with the awarding of certificates of appreciation to the graduates, marking a significant step in fostering awareness and preparedness within the community for the ongoing battles against perceived imperialist forces.
