Sana'a - Saba:

The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights has strongly condemned the recent airstrikes carried out by US-British coalition forces on the capital, Sana'a, and Sa'ada provinces as well as previous raids on Hodeida that targeted residential areas and government facilities, totaling over 22 strikes in just two days.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the ministry described the ongoing aggression as a blatant violation of Yemen's sovereignty and an indication of the coalition's commitment to war crimes against the Yemeni people, which threaten international peace and security.

The Ministry affirmed Yemen's right to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity, emphasizing its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause as a matter of principle, faith, and humanity.

The statement highlighted that the aggressive actions are part of a broader strategy by the US and its allies to undermine Yemen's support for the Palestinian people, who have faced ongoing aggression for over a year. It accused Washington of being complicit in these crimes due to its unconditional support for the Occupation.

The Ministry pledged to monitor all violations of the rights of the Yemeni people, guaranteed by national and international laws, preparing for potential legal action against the aggressors.

The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights called on international courts, the United Nations, and the global community to take decisive action to halt the military and economic escalations targeting Yemen, which have exacerbated the humanitarian crisis and hindered peace efforts in the region.
