The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced the killing of an "Israeli" female prisoner recently in mysterious circumstances in one of the combat zones in the northern Gaza Strip.
A leading source in the Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement to Al-Jazeera that an "Israeli" female prisoner was killed in the northern Gaza Strip in one of the combat zones, stressing that Al-Qassam has opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident.
It pointed out that "Al-Qassam" has no intention of publishing the name of the female prisoner for security reasons.
