Sana'a - Saba:
Republican Decree No. (23) of 1446 AH was issued regarding the mechanism for completing the implementation of the merger and modernization process for the organizational structures of public service units.
The decree included twenty-one articles distributed over four chapters as follows:
Chapter One: Name, objectives and scope of application.
Chapter Two: Committees and teams for implementing the merger and modernization process for organizational structures, their tasks and competencies.
Chapter Three: Stages of completing the implementation of the merger and modernization process for organizational structures.
Chapter Four: Final provisions.
Article 21, the last of which stipulates that this decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
