The Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Hassan Al-Sa'adi, along with the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, emphasized the necessity of addressing the staff imbalances.
During the meeting at the Ministry of Education, attended by Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem Al-Doais, along with several ministry leaders, the emphasis was placed on the importance of collective efforts and a shared sense of responsibility to enhance job performance levels.
Ministers Al-Sa'adi and Al-Hawali emphasized the significance of finalizing all data to guarantee the establishment of a network between the two ministries, which will facilitate transactions and enable their automatic processing.
The meeting, which included stakeholders and specialists from both ministries, covered a range of shared concerns and topics. These included the guide for service development, training and rehabilitation, technical cooperation, networking, organizational matters, statistics, and addressing imbalances and disruptions.
