Zionist soldiers threaten to refuse service, demand prisoner exchange deal

Occupied Quds - Saba: The media of the Zionist enemy revealed, on Wednesday, that 15 Zionist soldiers signed a letter previously signed by 138 others, in which they warned that they would stop performing military service if the government did not advance in a prisoner exchange deal with Hamas.

The Zionist newspaper "Jerusalem Post" said: "15 new soldiers signed a letter in which they warned that they would not continue to serve if there was no progress towards a hostage deal." It added: "The soldiers joined 138 previous signatures."

The newspaper indicated that "the letter was addressed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Minister of War Yoav Galant, Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, and members of the government."

The signatories were quoted as saying in the letter: “We, the reserve soldiers, soldiers, officers and soldiers in active service, hereby declare that we cannot continue in this manner. The war in Gaza condemns our brothers and sisters, the hostages, to death.”
